I believe that entertainment is a noble and important profession that allows people to escape the difficulties of the world, encourages them to dream, and inspires them to live bigger, fuller lives. I love performing the art of magic because together we share a beautiful moment of amazement and wonder.

A Personal Letter from Jason…

Hi there and thanks for dropping by!

I fell in love with two things when I was sixteen years old – acting and magic. And, although I was a teenager with all the uncontrollable tics of Tourette Syndrome, I pursued those two passions with abandon. What I learned was that I could do two things people thought were impossible – perform onstage at a high level and amaze people with a deck of cards.

Little did I know that my ability to perform “card tricks” would open doors for me to meet incredible people, develop into a solid entertainer, and travel around the world making audiences laugh and smile.

I was in my thirties when an incredibly (!) persistent friend finally convinced me to stop being embarrassed by the uncontrollable movements and vocalizations that occurred in my day-to-day life and to start speaking to groups about my life’s journey with Tourette’s.

At the end of my first paid speaking engagement a woman, visibly emotional, approached me. She shared a very personal, very painful chapter from her life with me and told me that, because of my talk, she now knew what she needed to do to move forward.

I was immediately changed. You see, I LOVE magic tricks. However, magic tricks by themselves had never created that type of connection. I knew that my new mission was to use my story (inspiration) in combination with my magic (amazement) to help others deal with their own life challenges.

I love how performing the art of magic acts as the perfect metaphor of doing the impossible. I love how it opens my audiences’ minds to new ideas and possibilities. And I’ll never again be embarrassed by Tourette Syndrome. The “thing” that used to mortify me has given me a gift that I can share with others to help them do the impossible in their own lives.

I look forward to serving you. What a blessing!

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house.
